The challenge

Döner Huys processes dozens of orders a day across multiple channels. Tracking orders, stock and customer communication by hand cost time and led to mistakes during rush hours.

It needed a single system that fully automates orders, the till and customer communication, without adding extra steps at the counter.

Convolutio built a full order system with a connected ERP for stock and order management, installed on the shop's own POS hardware and linked to external ordering channels.
